Literature Text

Lets look peacefully on this past.
It’s always there.
Idly remember the vast
times that we share.
I find the flaws in nothing:
these halcyon days of mine.

A thick veil shrouds my eyes and keeps me wrapped up tight.
Blank verses of memoirs are always in my sight.

I write scripts for the history
and my lost wars.
I look at scars of injury.
They’re joyous lores.
There’s happiness in nothing
but all it’s greatness will shine.

A thick veil shrouds my eyes and keeps me wrapped up tight.
Blank verses of memoirs are always in my sight.

Theses sweet songs are silenced and stagnant.
Caustic choirs corrode the concrete.
I live and die by the past.
